So, what does a Silvi Materials Change Manager do?

• Responsible for the development and execution of the change management strategy, change readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training for all strategic initiatives across the entire organization
• Facilitate change through the ADKAR methodology and/or similar change management models
• Prepare change impact analyses and evaluations against success criteria
• Develop and implement a company-wide communications strategy
• Collaborate with employees across all departments to identify and mitigate risks to the adoption of new processes and systems
• Advise and support project teams to ensure that change management activities are incorporated into project plans, and aligned with the design elements of any new software
• Partner with learning and development stakeholders to build, execute, and monitor compliance against training plans
• Translate concepts and ideas into tangible results for the organization
• Create and deliver executive level presentations highlighting the transition from current to future state, risks, mitigation approaches, and benefits realization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in organizational change management preferred.
• Experience preferred but not required with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBi, or similar software.
• Proven change leader with demonstrated skill and experience in change management principles and experience leading change management in large-scale IT transformations and/or strategic initiatives
• Self-starter with the ability to lead teams through ambiguity to solve problems and drive results
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration; able to work well in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members alike
• Developing and delivering multi-mode communications (verbal and written) that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Demonstrate appropriate influencing skills and independent thinking when working with a broad range of stakeholders, from senior leaders to subject matter experts.
